Vehicle Purchase Terms

1. Deposit & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your vehicle order.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid within 12 months from the date of deposit.
• Payment must be made using the methods specified on our website or as communicated by our sales team.

2. Vehicle Sourcing & Delivery

• Vehicles are sourced from reliable suppliers in Japan, and other trusted markets.
• All vehicles are inspected for quality before shipment to ensure top condition.
• Delivery typically takes approximately 5 months from the date of order.
• We notify clients promptly of shipping schedules and any updates regarding their vehicle.

3. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of the 50% deposit.
• Clients may request cancellation before the vehicle is shipped; deposit refunds are subject to applicable fees.
• Once the vehicle is shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

4. Warranty & Inspection

• All vehicles are inspected and verified by our team or partner agencies before shipment.
• Vehicles come with applicable manufacturer warranties where available.
• Clients are encouraged to inspect vehicles upon delivery to confirm condition.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the vehicle as ordered.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via our website or directly through contact information provided during order.
