How do I place an order for a vehicle?
You can place an order by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or our website. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, and the remaining balance is due within 12 months.
Where are your vehicles sourced from?
Our vehicles are sourced from trusted suppliers in Japan, the UK, UAE, and other reliable markets. Each vehicle is carefully inspected before shipment.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes about 5 months from the date of order. We keep you updated on shipping progress and provide estimated arrival dates.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before the vehicle is shipped. Deposits are subject to applicable fees. Once the vehicle is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
Is there a warranty on vehicles?
Vehicles come with applicable manufacturer warranties when available. We also conduct thorough inspections to ensure quality before shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept deposits and payments via bank transfer, mobile money, or other secure methods communicated during your order process.
